It's an amazing place. I've lived many places but the power here is incredible.

I live on the great plains part of the state. I can see the Mountains to the west but mine is a land of open sky that goes on forever.
The pomegranit in the office is going crazy and trying to reach the ceiling. Planting will depend on finaces as well. I have some flower beds and a large veggie garden to think of too.

You are very lucky. Living as far north as I do I keep my rosemary in my office. It has such good energy and helps if I or others have a headache. I'm thinking about trying some dwarf orange and lemon trees in there too as I have a pomergranit that is doing well.

This year the pennyrolyal held her own and worked well. The Yarrow made a stand and was stronger in use that last years. The chive struggled this year so I left them be and the sage didn't appear at all. The Thyme also gave up and the motherwort was good but seeking other pastures. The alfalfa was happy and harvested well. Thats all I had this year and I haven't decoded what to add for next year. Oh forgot there was some bit of parsley so I left him be as well.

And what do you like to put in your herb beds?

It just kind of happened when the first year the sage invaded the thyme and I decided to see what would happen rather than defend the thyme. After that is been fun to watch and add a new invader here and there and see what they do. Sure does impact the harvest this way though.

I have a waring herb garden. Fun each year to see whaich one is in power. Last year the Yarrow was gaining strength and the Motherwort was tired from giving birth in other beds.
